Within our solution, you can access ready-to-use templates that allow you to easily create your prevention plan. Thanks to these, you can generate your regulatory documents in just a few clicks. If you wish, you also have the option to modify and customize the solution's templates by duplicating them.

Since our goal is to adapt as much as possible to your needs, we give you the option to create your own templates using a completely blank slate. For each section of your document, you can add various types of responses, such as text fields, checkboxes, or date and numeric fields.

Creating the prevention plan

Once your template is created, you can easily build your prevention plan. To do this, follow our solution's intuitive interface and fill in the required elements. You have the option to specify which items must be completed by your service provider and which ones do not apply to you.

Tracking and progress

The entire solution is intuitive and provides various indicators to track your progress throughout your prevention plan.

Simplified sharing

Once your prevention plan is created, you can share it with your service provider in two clicks so they can fill it out and sign it.

The provider extranet

Once logged into their space, your service provider can fill in the relevant sections andsign the prevention plan. Just like yours, the service provider's interface is intuitive and features several indicators that make it easy to identify pending actions. In just a few clicks, the signature is completed from a smartphone. Your service providers save time and no longer need to exchange a multitude of papers that are often lost or damaged.

Digital signature

Once your service provider has signed the prevention plan, you can sign it yourself. To do so, open your operator mobile app and scan the QR code to access the details. Use your smartphone to review the information and sign.
