Yes, you can generate a PAPRIPACT in your Deemply dematerialized DUERP. From the action plan tab in your environment, you can create your PAPRIPACT in just two clicks. This will bring together all the actions you have decided to take to ensure the safety of your employees. You can choose to generate your document in either Excel or PDF format. Once downloaded, the document will be available in your downloads. For each action, you’ll find the following fields: the work unit concerned, the associated risk, the risk rating, the level of urgency, the expected cost, the planned date of work, the person or persons responsible, and whether or not the work has been carried out.
As with each module in your Deemply ecosystem, you can activate multiple notifications in your settings. For the Document Unique d’Evaluation des Risques Professionnels, you will be able to activate the annual generation of your document and the annual generations coming due. These notifications will be visible in emails, on your mobile application or in your web environment. For PAPRIPACT, on the same media, you will be able to receive information concerning: actions created, actions arriving at the forecasted date of completion, those whose forecasted date has expired, and actions that have been completed.
