You have two options. From your Deemply workspace on the web, you carry out every action around your fire permit, right down to reminding your service providers if information is missing or signatures haven’t been given. That is also where you create your templates, the key to saving time every day. If you don’t have access to your computer, our app lets you create your fire permits, then fill them in, view them and sign them from your smartphone.
Sharing information remotely with your service providers is the strong point of the digital fire permit. With Deemply, you no longer need to print your documents to pass them on, or go through email. Your service providers access the information directly in their workspace as soon as you share it. To simplify your day and theirs, you indicate in one click the items to be filled in by the outside company: they get the information without having to search through the whole document. Once both parties have completed their information, all that remains is to sign remotely.
