How will your service providers be able to sign your safety registers?

The primary concern when deploying the Deemply solution is the signing of the safety register by service providers. To adapt to all profiles and structures, we have developed three signing methods so that everyone can find the one that suits them best.

The Deemply service provider extranet

All your service providers will have access to a dedicated space: the service provider extranet.

Accessible via the web, it is very easy to use because they simply need to enter their email address to receive a login link. With this technology, you can be sure that your service providers will have access to the solution because no password is required. Therefore, forgotten passwords are a thing of the past.

From this highly intuitive platform, they will be able to sign your safety register. As soon as an intervention is assigned to them, they can close it by adding an intervention report. Closing the intervention in this way serves as a signature for the safety register.

Every Monday, your service providers will receive an email with any missing reports and interventions to be signed if they are overdue.

The service provider mobile app

At the beginning of 2022, we developed an app dedicated to service providers. Available on all app stores, it allows all technicians to sign the safety register through a very simple process.

During the signing process, service providers have the option to attach photos and reports. This comprehensive workflow ensures the highest level of detail regarding the intervention. Subsequently, all information is available within the Deemply solution.

The operator mobile app

Since we know that some technicians are unable to download the service provider extranet mobile app, we have developed an external signature feature for your mobile app.

What is my solution if my service providers do not want to use the platform?

Sometimes, service providers may not want to use the Deemply platform due to time constraints or other reasons. To ensure you can still use our solution to its full potential, we allow you to sign off on service visits yourself without needing your provider to do so.

Within the platform, you can close out service provider visits and sign the safety register. When signing, you have the same option as your providers to upload a report, ensuring you have all the necessary information regarding the visit.

The various methods for signing off on visits help keep information up to date and allow for the attachment of necessary documents. At Deemply, we aim to meet every need and address every challenge, which is why we always provide alternatives to ensure that no task becomes a roadblock in maintaining your safety registers.
