Visitor registration via QR code

Within your solution, you have the option to download your facility's unique QR code for check-ins and check-outs. Once downloaded, simply print it and display it in an area accessible to all your visitors.

During a visit, your visitor simply needs to scan the QR code with their smartphone to register their visit or confirm it if it was created in advance by your team.

Upon leaving, your visitor just needs to scan the same QR code to confirm they are exiting the facility. If they forget to confirm their departure, they will receive an email allowing them to verify they are no longer on-site. This will be sent based on the information recorded when the visit was created.
