The Deemply provider app

The provider app developed by the Deemply team was launched last year. At the time, we wrote an article to introduce it to you. Dedicated to your service providers, it includes numerous features that add real value to the daily routines of those signing off on your work orders and safety logs. Daily time savings for all users

With the provider app, there is no longer any need to chase down safety managers or whoever holds the facility's safety log. After downloading the app and logging in with their unique code, contractors can sign off on all site interventions that concern them directly from their smartphones or tablets.

Signing interventions and safety logs is ultra-simplified thanks to two app features that filter interventions.

The first works via smartphone or tablet geolocation. Once enabled during the first use of the provider app, the contractor can access a list of sites within a 500-meter radius. Once the site is selected, they can access the list of interventions they need to work on.

The second feature allows access to the list of interventions by scanning the QR code displayed on the facility's premises. The QR code must be scanned from within the app's dedicated tab, not using the smartphone or tablet's standard camera app.

The provider app, linked to the extranet, allows for the signing of prevention plans and hot work permits.

Autonomy and mobility for signatories

To ensure complete mobility for service providers and all contractors, we have developed features that allow signatories to take photos during the intervention and safety log signing process. During this process, contractors can also upload a report.
