Deemply launches the first mobile app for service providers

Why did we launch this app?

We know that when you arrive for a service call, you are sometimes faced with the absence of the safety manager, the designated safety director, or the contact person required to sign the log. When this happens, you are unable to sign the safety log or even carry out the work. In these situations, you are forced to reschedule with your client to fulfill your commitments.

To help you save time and allow you to be completely autonomous during your interventions, we have developed our Deemply service provider mobile app.

Easy to use, it allows you to sign off on your interventions and attach a report in just a few clicks from your smartphone.

The various features available

Access safety logs via geolocation

Using your smartphone, you can view all the logs in your vicinity. Geolocation allows you to select the site where you need to perform your work.

If multiple safety logs are accessible nearby, you can select the one you need to work on using an intuitive user interface. After selecting the address for the intervention, you can sign and add a report directly from the app.

Access safety logs via QR Code

To simplify signing your safety logs, we have developed a unique identification system using QR codes. In just a few clicks, you can sign your client's safety log after scanning the QR code displayed on the premises. This simple and innovative solution will save you time during your visits.

Signing the safety log

We have developed an ultra-simple process for signing safety logs in our service provider mobile app. Simply select the relevant intervention and follow the steps displayed on the screen.

The intervention report

Our developers have created exclusive features to help you integrate intervention reports. You can take photos directly from your smartphone and add them to your reports, as well as attach files straight from the app.
