Yes, the Deemply digital safety register is legal. It has been authorized by the Commission Centrale de Sécurité since 2002(source). Operators are free to choose the format of the safety register they present, as long as it includes all mandatory information. With Deemply, all interventions are present and accessible everywhere. What’s more, the dematerialized signature of safety commissions now has the same legal value as a handwritten signature. This change in regulations is in line witharticle 1366 of the French Civil Code.
