Yes, the digital fire safety register is legal. On September 5, 2002, the French Central Safety Commission ruled that an electronic fire safety register was legal. This authorization from the authorities allows you to digitize your safety register without breaking the law. In addition to the opinion issued by the central safety commission, the French Civil Code has given its approval for the electronic signature of interventions and safety commissions, giving you total mobility today in managing your regulatory obligations.
Your service providers will be able to sign their interventions and various regulatory documents directly from their mobile application or extranet. These two environments will enable them to be fully autonomous in tracking interventions, signing and filing reports. To simplify your service providers’ connection to these environments, we have chosen to create simplified, secure accesses. To access their extranet, all they have to do is enter their e-mail address and follow the instructions. For the mobile application, they will receive a code to connect.
