Yes, as an ERT, you are obliged to keep a fire safety register in your buildings to ensure the safety of your employees. This obligation is enshrined in the French Labor Code. This is the document you will be asked to produce in the event of a fire safety incident. If you don’t have a safety register, or if it’s not up to date, you could face serious penalties (link to article). To be sure you’re not putting your employees at risk, digitalize your fire safety register and ask for a quote.
Yes, the Deemply solution is legal. Since 2002, the Central Safety Commission has recognized the legality of a dematerialized safety register for monitoring and managing building fire safety. All other regulatory documents are legal as long as you are able to present them in the event of an inspection or incident.
