To keep track of your visitors and make sure they respect the rules of your buildings, it’s essential to know the reason for their visit and give them access to the information they need to ensure their safety. To do this, we’ve created several categories in your Deemply environment: the nature of visitors, the reasons for visits, the areas and places concerned, the deposit of objects, and safety instructions. In each of these categories, you can create elements that are specific to your establishments, and then collect all the information you need to build your visitor register.
Intuitiveness is present throughout your Deemply solution. At the touch of a button, you’ll be able to add all the information specific to your guestbook. In each category, you can add as many items as you need to keep your organization running smoothly. By filling in all the elements, you can then record all your visitors’ details, and submit to them the documents they need to consult in order to be informed of the rules to be respected to ensure their safety.
From your Deemply check-in/check-out module, you can set up notifications so that your visitors are automatically reminded if they have not checked out. This automatic reminder means you don’t have to manually manage your visitors’ checkouts, and saves you a lot of time on a daily basis, while keeping your visitor register perfectly up to date.
Simplified creation of the entry/exit register

From your web-accessible Deemply environment, you can create your visitors in just a few clicks. All you need to do is enter the person’s name (the only mandatory field), first name, contact details and the company they represent. By adding a list of your visitors, you’ll save time every day when creating your visitor register.
We know that you may need to create your visitors on the move. This is the case, for example, if one of them comes to your establishment and you don’t have a computer nearby. To respond to this type of situation, we’ve developed our mobile application so that you can create visitors directly from your smartphone. As the Deemply solution is multi-user, you can create accesses for your staff so that they too can register visitors without the need for a computer.
So that you don’t have to focus on visitor check-in, or dedicate a member of your staff to this task, we’ve developed a unique feature for you. This allows you to download a QR code that you can display on your premises, so that your visitors can register completely independently. All they have to do is flash the QR code on their mobile phone and register. The information recorded will be automatically updated in your solution, so you’ll always have an up-to-date visitor register.

You may need to consult the information on your phone to get an instantaneous view of the people present in your buildings. In your Deemply web environment, you can export your data in two clicks to an Excel file. This file contains all the information you need to act swiftly in the event of an incident at your facility. The visitor file, for example, can be transmitted instantly to the fire department if necessary, so that they can check that the buildings are empty.

By grouping all jobs together in this area, you can filter them according to the module concerned, the service provider or its status. The colour-coded filters make it easy to see which jobs require action on your part.
To keep track of all your equipment, we’ve created a dedicated function. By registering each item of equipment, you’ll be able to monitor the work carried out on each piece of equipment and make sure you never miss a check on your installations.
To enable you to have more serene exchanges with your service providers, we allow you to group them together in a single environment and make all your requests directly from your Deemply space without having to multiply exchanges by email or telephone. You can also manage all your contracts and set up alerts so that you don’t forget about renewals, for example.
