To facilitate the checks and readings you carry out in your facilities, you need to segment control families to be more productive. From your Deemply ecosystem, you can create your own procedures for each control family you need. To create them, you can either customize them in just a few clicks, or use the bank of families provided in your solution. Creating your control families is very simple, as all you have to do is add the name of the family and save it.
To control effectively, it is essential to create clear procedures that can be understood by all those who will be carrying out the controls. That’s why we give you the option of creating documents simply by dragging and dropping. This simplicity enables you to quickly create all the procedures you need for your facilities to limit the biological risks to your visitors, customers, staff, patients or residents.
To enable you to customize all your documents, we provide you with a wide range of fields, including: short text, long text, hyperlinks, numeric fields, drop-down lists, checkboxes, photos, documents, tables and signatures. All these elements will enable you to create your own customized procedures, thus ensuring the health safety of your facilities.

We know that checks need to be carried out at various frequencies, and sometimes several times a day, to ensure the safety of visitors, customers, patients or residents. With Deemply, you can adapt to any situation and create your statements according to the frequencies that suit your needs. For example, you can create monthly, fortnightly, weekly or daily statements. For controls that require it, you have the option of indicating whether they should be carried out several times per period. For example, you can specify that the daily temperature check of your cold rooms is to be carried out from Monday to Friday, three times a day. With Deemply, all frequencies are possible, so you can create readings perfectly adapted to your needs and those of your establishment.
To accurately verify your buildings’ health safety-related elements, we give you the option of adding all your equipment to your Deemply space. By adding equipment to your ecosystem, you’ll be able to create dedicated statements for each one. In order to carry out effective controls and not miss out on any information, it is essential to be able to record the measures taken at any given moment, without having to remember them or record them on a piece of paper that will surely be lost. That’s why we’ve developed dedicated health record functionalities on our mobile application.
From the Deemply mobile application, you’ll be able to fill in all the fields of the checks you’re currently carrying out. Filling in the fields is very simple: just select the relevant statement and add the required information. This information will be the one you have previously selected when creating your procedures. As the Deemply solution is multi-user, you can create access for your teams so that they too can fill in the information during their checks.
To validate the inspection carried out, it must be signed. To save you unnecessary trips back and forth between the inspection site and your office, you can sign your statement directly on your mobile application. As with all Deemply modules, you can dematerialize your signature by signing directly on your tablet or smartphone. This reduces the need to travel, and keeps all controls up to date. Your teams can also sign statements on the move, as long as you create an account for them with the associated rights.

Yes, with Deemply you can fill in and generate your statements/controls on the move. All you have to do is download the operator’s mobile application and go to the health log tab. On your screen, you’ll see all your statements, as well as those you can fill in. Mobile statements are accessible to all users who have an account associated with the Deemply environment. The mobile application is available at no extra cost.
In your Deemply ecosystem, you’ll be able to build all your statements with intuitiveness thanks to our toolbox. In your interactive calendar, you can view all the events on your sites. You can also move them around and create all the necessary elements in just a few clicks, without having to navigate through the tabs of your Deemply solution.
You can create as many sites as you need in your Deemply space. In this function, you can download the QR codes for your service providers and your sites, as well as all the summaries available.
By grouping all jobs together in this area, you can filter them according to the module concerned, the service provider or its status. The colour-coded filters make it easy to see which jobs require action on your part.
To keep track of all your equipment, we’ve created a dedicated function. By registering each item of equipment, you’ll be able to monitor the work carried out on each piece of equipment and make sure you never miss a check on your installations.
To enable you to have more serene exchanges with your service providers, we allow you to group them together in a single environment and make all your requests directly from your Deemply space without having to multiply exchanges by email or telephone. You can also manage all your contracts and set up alerts so that you don’t forget about renewals, for example.
