Simplified form creation
Monitoring controls is essential in buildings to ensure safety. With Deemply, you can forget about complicated Excel spreadsheets. All your forms are created in just a few clicks.
Intuitiveness is the watchword of the Deemply solution. As with all the modules in our ecosystem, you’ll be able to create your forms in just a few clicks, thanks to the various functionalities developed by our team.
With Deemply, you’ll be able to fill in all the fields you need for your controls. To add information, simply drag and drop the corresponding block and add your elements.
In the form module, you’ll benefit from a multitude of available fields, as in the prevention plan and fire permit modules.
Construct your documents using the following elements: titles, short and long texts, hyperlinks, numeric fields, drop-down lists, checkboxes, date fields, documents, tables and signatures.
In your Deemply ecosystem, you won’t be restricted in creating your forms. All fields are customizable, and you’ll be able to position your elements as you see fit by dragging and dropping them wherever you like. When creating your forms, the preview function allows you to see the final rendering and validate it when you’ve finished creating your documents.

Monitor and carry out controls on the move
Mobility complements security, which is why at Deemply we’ve created a mobile application that lets you fill in and sign all the forms you’ve created on the move.
Thanks to your mobile application, available on all stores, you’ll be able to fill in the information on your forms directly on site. This mobility means you don’t lose information that would otherwise be recorded on paper. It also ensures the accuracy of your checks, as you can enter information while viewing it live.
From your Deemply ecosystem, you can grant rights to the users of your choice. In the solution’s global settings, you can assign different levels of rights to each user: create, modify and delete.
To take the form module a step further, we offer you the option of customizing access to form types to simplify the creation of forms prior to filling them in. With this feature, users have an automatically filtered view of the forms that concern them, saving them a lot of time.

Download and save forms
As with the rest of the Deemply ecosystem, you’ll be able to upload your forms in just a few clicks.
Once your forms have been filled in, you can download them individually in Excel format. With this export, you’ll be able to transmit the information to the various contacts in your establishments who don’t have access to the Deemply solution.
In the Form module, you’ll find four statuses that allow you to see the current status of a document: Overdue, In progress, To come and Closed.
In the closed forms tab, you’ll find all the documents that have been processed by your teams. These elements remain archived in your Deemply ecosystem for an unlimited period of time. This means you can easily retrieve information and pass it on when necessary.

No, the Form module is used to complement the other tools in the Deemply ecosystem. It enables you to manage all the documents that are not available in the solution, so it complements the following modules: Safety register, Prevention plan, DUERP, Fire permit, Building management, Accessibility register, Entry/exit and Health book.
Yes, as with all the modules in the Deemply solution, you can create as many users as you like. The entire Deemply ecosystem is multi-site and multi-user. You can customize the rights for each user you create. The three levels of rights are: consultation, modification and deletion.
Deemply, basic features
To simplify your day-to-day work, our team has developed a range of features to help you manage all the obligations relating to your establishments, your staff and your visitors.
At a glance on your dashboard, you’ll be able to see all the indicators that make sense in your day-to-day site management. All the data displayed is 100% customisable, so you can create an environment perfectly suited to your needs.
In your interactive calendar, you can view all the events on your sites. You can also move them around and create all the necessary elements in just a few clicks, without having to navigate through the tabs of your Deemply solution.
You can create as many sites as you need in your Deemply space. In this function, you can download the QR codes for your service providers and your sites, as well as all the summaries available.
By grouping all jobs together in this area, you can filter them according to the module concerned, the service provider or its status. The colour-coded filters make it easy to see which jobs require action on your part.
To keep track of all your equipment, we’ve created a dedicated function. By registering each item of equipment, you’ll be able to monitor the work carried out on each piece of equipment and make sure you never miss a check on your installations.
To enable you to have more serene exchanges with your service providers, we allow you to group them together in a single environment and make all your requests directly from your Deemply space without having to multiply exchanges by email or telephone. You can also manage all your contracts and set up alerts so that you don’t forget about renewals, for example.
All your facilities’ activities can be integrated into your Deemply solution. They will allow you to segment your interventions and filter the information to find the elements easily.
Don’t use multiple channels to communicate with your teams. Directly in your Deemply environment, you can create conversations with your employees. This secure location allows you to discuss the security of your buildings with people using the solution.
